- 1 scoop vanilla (Formulx, Recovery Protein Powder, or any protein you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground coffee (depending what you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground, this is optional, but it thickens the shake a bit)
