- 1 bunch kale (Portuguese, cleaned, stems removed)
- 12 oz. smoked sausages (cut into chunks, I used beef little smokies)
- 2 Tbsp. onions (dehydrated, or 1 large yellow onion, peeled and diced)
- 6 red potatoes (or medium to small white, peeled and diced)
- 16 oz. whole kernel corn
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste, I didn't need any in mine with the sausage and bouillon)
