Added a coconut yogurt horseradish sauce along with left over guacamole.
It was all very tasty!

Loved it!! I will definitely make it again. However, I made a couple modifications. No shallot, 2 avocados instead of 1, cilantro instead of parsley, half the cilantro called for and for the portobellos I omitted the steak sauce.

Really enjoyed making it and eating it. It's going to be hard trying to top last weeks meal planning!
