The recipe was quite lovely. I substituted gluten-free bread crumbs and vegan margarine for the dairy (as gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives). Using a whole stuffed mushroom to replace a meat choice and a tossed salad with white wine vinegar and truffle-infused olive oil made a complete meal, with a lovely Sauvignon blanc wine to complete the meal. Bon apetit!
