Fantastic recipe! I only used 2 TBSP oil for 2 burgers, and it still worked out deliciously! I also had some Chipotle Bitchin' Sauce, so I just used that for the mayo spread. It was super fast & delicious!! WOW, the flavor of the marinade was really spectacular!! I also put roasted red pepper rings and grilled onions with pepper jack cheese ~ YUMMM!!!
