    I made this with red onions and a hot and spicy mustard, and it was so good! Following the instructions our steak did come out more on the well done side. The sauce certainly made up for it the well done nature of our steak but I don't know if I would have placed it in the oven at the end, or if I did I would only do it for 2 or 3 minutes.

    OK but left out whiskey so mushrooms sauce was too sweet
