    Absolutely delicious! I refrained from using the chipotle powder, Greek yogurt, & lime. I warmed my tortillas, melted the cheese, and added lettuce, tomato, and avocado. I used about 4x the amount of cumin the recipe called for and still could hardly taste it, will be adding more in the future. Overall, this is a brilliant idea for vegetarians and I absolutely LOVED the flavors!
