I’ve made these a few times and now I’m buying portabella mushrooms more often...it was bomb! I used Bragg’s coconut aminos instead of soy sauce and added Worcestershire sauce to the marinating blend. I skipped using bell pepper & cayenne. It’s a keeper :) definitely writing this down in my recipe book!
