Very good. Followed directions to a T. Added peas and carrots. I think I would have liked the top to get a little crunchy. I will probably leave the foil off next time.

I used white balsamic vinegar instead of soy sauce. I thought it was a hood comfort food. One of my kids wouldn’t eat it. The other one ate it fine.
