Used leftover slow cooker pork sirloin & cream of mushroom (I didn’t have celery). Super easy and delicious, great for a weeknight dinner.

Turned out great! I had to make it a tad larger due to the amount of ground pork and broccoli I needed to use up.
I like the fact that it had a lot of flavor and not a ton of ingredients. I'm hanging onto this for an easy prep, I'm to tired to cook casserole.
