First of all, this meal is so simple to prepare, but so delicious. I did the tenderloin 25 minutes, instead of 20. The meat was moist and still had a tint of pink. I used cherry tomatoes and that little bit of white vine vinegar and the fresh mint and basil took it over the top. I served it with a baked potato. Definitely a keeper.
