Very good! Followed recipe exactly, but feel it could use some extra seasoning next time - thyme maybe? Everyone liked it so much there were no leftovers!

This was a very good dish. It was a little too salty for me, so I put a potato in it to absorb the salt. I also added onion for flavor. I will definitely make again!

This recipe is great. It's easy to make and because it has such great basics it's easy to make simple modifications and experiment. I've tried substituting different grains or changing the mustard. And in one previous review somebody deglazed their pan after searing the chops with a red wine and added that to their sauce. Great idea. One thing that I did that I liked was a touch of citrus. You have to be careful. Too much citrus could happen too quick with mushrooms! I was making a Cuba libre too close to the skillet and the lime splashed! I think any more would be too much.

Delicious! I deglazed the pan after searing the pork with some red wine and added some cumin to the pork. Served it with wild rice.

Made this it was very flavorful! Wish I would have gotten bigger/thicker pork chops! Love the mushroom sauce with beef broth.. yummy will be making again
