Not great. Added potatoes and carrots and about 1/2 water along with Guinness. seasoned pork liberally but turned out bland and overcooked. 35 min at high pressure was WAY too long. May try again, but would only cook for 20 min

The roast was tender and very easy to prepare. I am not usually a big fan of dark beer. I used Guinness Draught Stout. The sauce left me tasting a bit of an after taste from it. I would like to try this again with a different brew like a red lager.

Delicious! The meat was nice and juicy and cooked perfectly - the gravy was amazing although next time I'll go with a darker, stoutier beer such as Guiness. Bottom line...I will cook this again.
