- 1 lb. pork tenderloin (cut into stir-fry strips)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 16 oz. vegetables (frozen stir-fry)
- 7 oz. ramen noodles (broken into pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil (dark)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (if desired, toasted)

Directions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened and vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
