Description
Pork and tofu is a wonderful and flavorful healthy dinner option. This recipe combines two favorite pork meals and gives you the best of pork, beans and tofu from pan Asian traditions! Jamal Lahiani sent us this winning recipe from Milwaukee and is a local market winner in the Bring it t-ON-g! Pork Grilling Challenge.
Ingredients

- 2 pork blade steaks
- 1 firm tofu (cubed)
- 1/2 cup green beans (cut 1-inch)
- 3 Tbsp. chinese five-spice powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 green onions
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. white pepper
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili oil

Directions
- Mix marinade ingredients (five-spice, garlic cloves, green onions, lime juice, black pepper, white pepper, corn oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil) and place in plastic container or plastic bag overnight.
- Prepare hot grill.
- Meanwhile, place marinade ingredients in medium sauce pot and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, add tofu and green beans. Cover pot and remove from heat.
