This is really easy and terrific. I only marinated for 2 hours and it was still spectacular.

This recipe is amazing! I made this as is, well I did add a 1/4 more chicken broth with a spoonful of cornstarch to thicken it up, but other than that, no other additions. My kids inhaled this! They said the pork was spectacular and the sauce was absolutely amazing!!!!

Excellent!!! The gravy was a bit salty at first but I added some extra water until it suited my tastes I also added some corn starch and water to make it more of a gravy than an au jus, it worked out fabulously. I would definitely make this again, it was a big hit with my fiancé.
