It was pretty good, good and moist, a bit salty I think of I were to do this recipe again I would lessin the soy

I made it into pulled pork. Delicious on a bun. Changes: 2 tsp. freeze-dried garlic and 2 tbsp. soy sauce. I used white cooking whine.

great dinnerthe meat was tender and my husband loved it .followed the directions that easy !!

This was delicious! I used boneless porkchops & reduced the serving to two, which means I only had to cook it for three hours on low. Delicious! I would def omit the salt, tho. Between the soup mix & soy sauce, it's quite salty on its own. But, yummy!!
