- 3 1/2 lb. pork crumbles (cooked)
- 4 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded, low fat)
- 3 1/2 cups sour cream (light)
- 3 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (Chipotle-flavored)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
