  • 350 grams pork chops (thin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion (medium, diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tomato (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon (powder)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 200 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons light cream

    Directions

    1. Cut the pork chop into strips 1 centimeter wide. Cook the pork, onion, and garlic together in the olive oil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the pork begins to brown.
    2. Add the flour and tomato, stir well, and add the water and bouillon.
    3. Add the pepper, mushrooms, and nutmeg. Let come to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes, with the pan covered.
    4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Add the cream, stir to incorporate, and serve.
