I am always trying to find something different to do with pork steak so I was happy to find this recipe. Recipe was easy and very tasty. Next time I will chop the ginger instead of slicing. I used low sodium soy sauce as previously suggested.

Easy and tasty but quite salty. Next time I’d definitely use low salt soy sauce
