great!! Only thing I would change is more onions!! Definitely will be making this again!!

One word - amazing!! Served this with fried rice. Doubled the marinade and marinated in half, then added the other half when i simmered it. Very simple recipe with very delicious results. Try it! You won't be disappointed.
