I used the same ingredients to rub it with and added water enough to cover about about 1/4 of the meat. I used my roasting pan and cooked my 6.5 lb Pork Shoulder in the oven @ 400 for 3.5 hours, it was juicy, tender easy to cut into and delicious. I boiled cabbage potatoes and carrots to go as the sides. Very great Sunday meal.
