We decided to start doing German food for one of our family Christmases and this recipe was a hit!

I have made this recipe 2 times now and I have a big family so when I cook I have to do atleast a setting for 10, if you do that you will have to quadruple the dredge ingredients EXCEPT the flower just do 3 times the amount. Btw, my Family loooovvveddd it and one of my kids kept sneaking more and more, beyond the seconds they she had already eaten before. This is now a mainstay in our list of recipes.

“The only way to make this recipe to taste better is if we were in Germany”. This is what my oldest said when I asked her if she liked it! This was a winner for the whole family. We ate it with applesauce and sauerkraut instead of the sauce in the recipe.

Turned out well. Better than Hofbrau Hous. I used pork gravey in place of the cream sauce in the recipe though.

This was amazing! I used thin cut boneless pork chops so I didn’t have to pound them. My pack of chops had 9 in it, so I doubled the other ingredients. The sour cream sauce is yummy too. Served with spaetzle and spinach. Where has schnitzel been all my life?!?

Very good. I cooked them a little hot and they got a little to dark. The sauce was fantastic, we put it over the meat mashed potatoes and dipped bread in it.

My family and I absolutely love this recipe!! We’ve turned it into a staple meal at least monthly give or take! It really give the pork chop a wonderful crisp edge and the sauce! Is dreamy ♥️ even my toddler has ate it from baby and loves the “dip” 😂 5 stars and beyond!

Family really enjoyed this. I would thicken the sauce next time. Adding to the rotation.

Used part olive oil/part butter in small amounts and pan-“fried” beautifully in cast iron. Entire family loved it. Served with roasted broccoli. Will definitely make again!

This was on the bland side. It has the potential to be good. But it was almost an hour of prep not the 10 mins stated in the recipe.

This came out great. Followed recipe exactly. Sauce is wonderful but not leftover. Make a new batch of sauce if you have pork left. Making again tonight!

Loved it! Had to sub yogurt for sour cream and then thicken it up but that is my fault, not the recipe

That sauce was 🔥 had no sour cream but used yogurt instead and turned out great!
