Couldn't get the rice to work but the pork roast itself was delicious, and the sauce was amazing. Would recommend. Will try again.

It was good. I would make it again, but I had trouble getting the fat out and I think for that reason my sauce didn't turn out nice and thick it was still very very thin after a very long time cooking. perhaps next time I'll have the butcher trim excess fat as much as he can. this is the first time I had ever work with this cut of meat.

This sauce never thickens in the time given. I seems like it takes an hour. However even without the sauce this recipe is golden, but with the sauce it's a pot of golden deliciousness.
