- 1 tomato (finely diced)
- 1/4 onion (finely diced)
- 1 lime
- salt and ground black pepper
- salsa (Prepared spicy)
- avocado (sliced)

Directions
- Mix the pork rinds, tomato, and onion together in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the refried beans on the tostadas. Layer with lettuce and the pork rind mixture and top with avocado slices. Serve with salsa on the side.
