Easy peasy! I used more fresh herbs such as Thyme and oregano. Served with red potatoes & broccoli. Ready in less than hour, my Loin was 2.35 lbs.

Air fried this instead 15 min. Seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic plus minced garlic.

This was absolutely delicious although I cooked it at 275 for 4 hours because we wanted it to be falling apart!
