I modified a bit. It struck me that the recipe called for butter in a med high heated pan. Butter burns so I used 1/2 butter 1/2 oil. And added a splash of white wine to deglaze the pan. Also added fresh herbs from my garden - oregano, rosemary and sage. With some tweaking this is a quick and easy recipe.
