- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup red onions (sliced thin and cut in half)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 1-2 limes)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp. garlic chili sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
- 12 fresh basil leaves (if large, cut in half)
- 30 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (fresh, no stems)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 2 heads Boston lettuce
- 2 cups red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups carrots (shredded or thinly spiralized)

Very tasty. Also used minced pork. Next time I'd chop the 3 herbs at least coarsely to get their flavours through. Interesting method with the rice.... Excellent though.

Nice, used pork mince and also did it in lettuce leaves. Next time I'll just use Shredded red cabbage in stead of a whole fresh one.
