- 1 1/2 lb. pork (front of, round pounded and cut into batonnets)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro stems
- 1 lime juice
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper (ground)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 3 Tbsp. ginger (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper

Directions
- 1. Soak pork batonnets in marinade for 1 hour. Remove and Drain
- 2. Drop batonnets into cornstarch dredge and let sit for 10 minutes
- 3. Fry batonnets at 350 degrees F for 90 seconds
