Interesting to try stir fry with butter; but used ghee to get temperature up. Still didn’t crisp up in the wok like oil.
Added ginger,Bok choy, chili-garlic sauce (lots), white pepper.
Nice flavor.

We just love this dish. I was in a hurry last time I made it and used frozen peas, carrots and corn and it STILL came out great. My son had a friend over for dinner and she even asked me to send her the recipe. Definitely will make again.
