    Delicious. I didn't have sour cream so I just added a few squirts of fresh lemon into the sauce at the end. I also just left the medallions under foil while making the sauce, I didn't put it in the oven. Will definitely make it again.

    Really delicious, I cut a fillet into medallions and it was the best pork dish I've ever had. The sauce was amazing!
