This was delicious with a really tasty mushroom sauce. Love the addition of dijon. I will definitely make this one again!

Great recipe! I cook this for dinner tonight. If you like a slightly thicker gravy, you make roux adding in after the mushroom have become soft.

This recipe turned out great! The sauce has a delicious umami flavor. Depending on the thickness of your pork chops you may want to sear them and finish them off in the oven. I served it with a mashed cauliflower and the sauce acts perfect as a gravy!

This was delicious. I used regular onions, as I didn't have any shallots, but it was great. I will definitely make this again. Yum!
