I used spicy grainy mustard (my Dijon disappeared from my fridge somehow) in place of the Dijon, and half & half instead of full cream. The sauce was delicious with a little extra kick. I also added some dried parsley. It paired well with the rustic mashed potatoes, roasted acorn squash and steamed asparagus spears I made to accompany.
I would like to try making this again with Dijon and Chardonnay (in place of the lemon juice).

This was just okay. The sauce was too mild for our taste. Increase the mustard and you're likely better off.
