  • 4 loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Smucker’s® Apricot Preserves
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or coarsely ground mustard)

    Directions

    1. HEAT grill to medium-high. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoned salt and garlic powder.
    2. COMBINE preserves and mustard in small bowl; mix well.
    3. PLACE pork chops on grill. Cover and grill 3 minutes per side. Baste with glaze. Continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with glaze, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
