It was very underwhelming. The elements of the meal tasted okay but not something I would do again over other pork I’ve made.

Very tasty!! I used 3 apples instead of 4 but it still came out really good. The juices from the apple and sage give the meat an amazing flavor!

absolutely delicious, and very easy to make! I recommend adding a teaspoon or so to the apples as they brown in the butter, and adding a few teaspoons of fresh or dried basil to the pot before you put it in the oven.

Really easy and delicious. I used fresh basil instead of sage and added some grape tomatoes & smashed garlic. would definitely make again.

I would increase the flour and seasoning a little as it did not seem enough for the pork chops. Also added some garlic as the photo seems to suggest but not the ingredients.

it was good but i thought the meat would have more apple flavor. it just tasted like salt n pepper pork chops and plain baked apples.

Great, I added some brown sugar to the apples while cooking and some extra black pepper/spice to the chops. All depends on how sweet you want it to be and choosing the right apples too. Super easy though!

Really good! I didn’t have sage so I used rosemary. Still delicious! I recommend green beans and rice along with this.

It's pretty good, cooked apples seem like a flavor from history - the combination is nice, mellow. First time to use fresh sage, I'm surprised that's not a stronger flavor. Added a little rosemary, but not enough to make an impact.

This recipe is simple, delicious and fast! I added 4 cloves if smashed garlic which gave it a nice but not overpowering garlic kick. I recommend this and would gladly make again! Those tasty, brown buttered delicious apples though!
