Very tender chops! My first time using fennel, and it was very mild while the apples were the main attraction after the meat.

Needs more fennel. It is a very delicate flavor and 1/2 cup is not enough. Also needs another garlic clove. Otherwise it is a very tasty dish. Would make this again.

A nice rendition of pork.. citrus and thyme is a good combination. Highly reccomend .. easy to make.
