it was very yummy i got scared about the amount of oil but it turned out right. i didnt have to change anything!♡ i did leave out the 1/4 c flour for the gravy and just used some of the left over flour mix from dredging the chops, it had all that spice yum. (i dont know if that's clean but it boils). i would definately make this again!!!!♡♡♡

I added my own touch. I made more of the gravy since I had more chops very creamy and delicious. I used 3 beef cubes in the 1 1/2 cups water so if you need extra that is a good measurement to go by it gave a lot of flavor
