Turned out really good. I would use small boneless chops next time. This easily feeds 6 people. I think you could really use any kind of soup mix (Italian) and change it up with chicken thighs or breasts.

Rice not cooked. Definitely needs more liquid when starting. Needs a little more salt too. Will add additional cup of liquid next time I make it and should be good to go.

I made this tonight for dinner and it was a hit. Of course, I modified and used what I had such as left over home made fried rice that had chicken and ground pork pieces with bean shoots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, baby corn and mushrooms, canned veggies, a can of condensed potato soup, half a can of water and butterflied boneless double pork chops. Had to cook 20 minutes longer than recipe called for but pork was cooked perfectly and it was delicious.

Very flavorful but a little soupy maybe a little less water I followed the recipe to a tee only using cream of chicken instead of mushroom

Simple prep with stuff you likely have in the freezer. Great way to get some pork on the family's plates.
