- 2 lb. boneless pork shoulder
- 4 Tbsp. Mazola Corn Oil
- 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Spice Islands Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Chipotle Chile Powder
- 4 tomatillos (finely chopped)
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (finely)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (coarsely)
- 8 corn tortillas

Directions
- Cut pork into 1 inch cubes; season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven.
- Add pork, onions, garlic powder, chili powder and chipotle chile; sauté 3 to 5 minutes to brown the meat.
- Add enough water to almost cover pork.
