- 12 oz. carnitas (Pre-cooked, OR 2 cans Black beans for vegetarian, use all the carnitas or 2 cans black beans)
- 16 oz. cauliflower rice (Frozen, use the whole bag)
- 12 oz. frozen spinach (use half the bag)
- 18 lb. frozen mashed sweet potatoes (use about 2/3 of the bag)
- salsa (Trader Joe’s, Autentica, use about 1/2 the jar)
- 12 oz. pork carnitas (cooked, or shredded pork, use 2 cans black beans for vegetarian/vegan)
- 12 oz. frozen riced cauliflower
- 16 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 12 oz. sweet potato (frozen mashed, or fresh)
- 3/4 cup salsa
