Directions
- 1. Completely and generously, season all sides of pork belly
- 2. In immersion circulator/sous vide cook pork belly at 82 degrees Celsius or 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 hours
- 3. Once belly is cooked, press belly between 2 sheet trays and cool for 2 hours
