- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

- 400 grams kimchi (drained and chopped)
- 400 grams medium firm tofu (drained and cut into 2cm cubes)
- 1 handful fresh chives (or spring onions, finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted (white)
- 4 cups steamed rice
