Crowd pleaser and show stopper. Very balanced flavors - not too sweet or lemony. I used chia seeds as a sub for poppy seeds (since I had those on hand). Excellent Easter dessert 🐇🐣

It was so good it was gone before the end of the day. It is really fluffy, tastes amazing and the texture of the poppy seeds... I'll definitely make it again soon
