I didn't have hockey pucks in mind. The temp of 450 was way too high. These were the most dense popovers, I have ever seen!

It tasted so good! I made this a couple of times actually and it was so good the only problem was that is was sticking to the muffin pan.

innovative , but puff's out very quickly. add more seasonings as the flour takes off from the teast
