Love the flavor and texture. So easy!!! Remember to have milk and eggs at room temperature. May make batter up to a day ahead.
We use Cabot butter; I believe it is better.
Great addition to leftover night.
A little less than 1/4 cup in each.
They stuck to pan so I’m not sure they need the cookie sheet under them.
