Alright, I’ve cooked a lot of things, and I can’t say when was the last time I cooked something that was such a unanimous hit with our household. My husband, who doesn’t even like meatballs, got seconds, then even took the leftovers for his lunch the next day, and our 14 month old gobbled them up, too. Definitely worth it!
I used panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning, because that’s all I had on hand, and *hot tip* used goggles and held my breath when it came time to grate the onion, and it helped a lot with preventing “onion tears.”
Will DEFINITELY be making this one again! Try it!
