- 1/4 cup italian seasoning (dried)
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 cup fat free half and half
- 2 boxes rigatoni pasta
- 9 sauce (+ cups Pomodoro, from recipe above)
- 1 1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage (uncased)
- 1 pkg. provolone cheese (sliced, 12 slices total)
- Parmesan cheese (to taste)
