I’m not convinced by the addition of 1litre of pomegranate juice. Perhaps 500ml would’ve been sufficient. The lamb was still delicious but it’s hard to go wrong with a shoulder if you cook it for 5 hours or so. I think there are better recipes that this one. 🤷♀️
