- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (unsweetened, {you can use cow's, almond, coconut, ect})
- 1/2 cup Stonyfield Yogurt (low fat, {you can also use Stonyfield Organic nonfat Greek Yogurt})
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds ({I use frozen but you can use fresh})
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. honey ({or sweetener of your choice})
