- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- adobo seasoning (sprinkled on chicken pieces, found in Latin section)
- 2 garlic cloves (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 2 Tbsp. sofrito (Puerto Rican, homemade or store bought)
- chicken bouillon (2 cubes if large cubes and, 4 cubes if small cubes)
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves (dried, depending on how large they are)
